ICAA's Aging in Place program is a collective effort between Home Health Services and the Weatherization Programs to identify the needs and assess the risks of unintentional falls in the homes of seniors. This is an effort to provide a safe environment for seniors to help them stay in their homes. The Home Health Services nurses are trained to identify any potential fall risks within the homes. If there is a need, nurses report findings to the Weatherization Program, who then go into those homes and make the necessary modifications.
