| Program | Indianhead Home Health Care | |
| Position | CAN/HHA/Personal Care Workers | |
| Locations | • | Rusk, Chippewa, Dunn & Pierce Counties |
| Hours | • | Variable hours including some weekend hours available |
| Benefits | • | $8-$10 per hour, based on experience |
| • | Dental, 403B retirement plan, paid holidays, incentive pay, mileage between clients, and mileage for client errands. |

| Qualifications | • | This position is responsible for managing and carrying out the daily activities of the Community Services Program. |
| • | Manage the food pantry, Financial and non-financial donations for the clothing center, manage volunteers. | |
| • | Assist clients in filling out various applications. | |
| • | Must have working knowledge of local community, county and state resources. | |
| • | Must have strong organizational & record keeping skills. | |
| • | Must have working knowledge of word processing and database software programs. | |
| Benefits | • | $10.00 per hour |

| Position | Community Services Assistant | |

| Hours | • | This is a 25 hour per week, LTE (limited term) position that may work into a regular position. |
| Qualifications | • | This position is responsible for carrying out the daily activities of the Community Services Center. |
| • | Assist with managing the clothing center, food pantry and program applications. | |
| • | Must have computer knowledge using Word & Excel and other software programs. | |
| • | Express a belief in the Community Services Program to clients and positively promotes the Agency. | |
| Benefits | • | $8.00 per hour |

| Location | • | ICAA Head Start Center in Hayward |
| • | 20 – 25 hours per week | |
| Qualifications | • | A valid Wisconsin Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with school bus endorsement is desired or we will assist any interested individuals with obtaining a CDL with school bus endorsement that meet the following requirements: |
| • | Must have a good driving record. | |
| • | Must be able to occasionally lift 40-50 pound child. | |
| • | Must be able to communicate effectively with children and families. | |
| Benefits | • | Wage: $8.55 - $10.01 |

| • | There are many clients available with varied days and hours. | |
| Requirements | • | Wisconsin drivers license with acceptable driving record and a vehicle are required. |
| • | Must be 21 or older. Experience working with elderly and/or disabled individuals a plus. Personal care certificate or CNA license helpful but not required in all. cases. | |
| • | Duties may include: Keeping house (making beds, doing laundry, washing dishes); Preparing meals. |

| • | Personal cares (transferring, bathing, shopping, driving to appointments, etc.). | |
| Benefits | • | These positions start at $8.00 - $10.00 per hour. |

| • | Indianhead Home Health Agency | |
| Duties | • | Develop, implement and direct physical therapy program for large multi-county Home Health Care Agency. |
| • | Wound care certification preferred but not mandatory. | |
| • | MUST have master's degree in Physical Therapy. | |
| • | Responsible for program covering Barron, Burnett, Douglas, Polk, St. Croix, Rusk, Sawyer & Washburn Counties. | |

| Position | Crew Members (7) | |

| Qualifications | • | You must be able to perform vigorous daily work with a minimum of accommodation. |
| Benefits | • | Fresh Start provides young men & women between the ages of 18-24, with education, employment skills, career direction, paid work & service experience which leads to self-sufficiency. |
| • | Members spend part of their day at a work site constructing a single-family home which is sold to a lower-income family. | |
| • | Members also spend part of their time in the classroom working towards successful completion of a GED/HSED. | |
| • | All members receive basic skills assessment, individual tutoring for GED/HSED, job readiness & retention training, career and financial planning. | |
| • | A noon meal is provided and members get a "fresh start" towards successful adulthood & prospective employment opportunities. |
