Home Health Care
This program provides Skilled Nursing and Home Health Aide Services as ordered by your doctor.
What Services are Provided?
Skilled Nursing Visits to provide nursing care, teaching, and monitoring of medical conditions.
Home Health Aide Visits to give personal care such as bathing and other activities of daily living under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Who Pays for these Services?
