In order to ensure the safe & orderly use of transit, Indianhead Transit Service (ITS) has zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior. If a passenger becomes offensive, threatening or is otherwise disorderly, our policy states that we have the right to suspend service or impose a disciplinary process, up to & including permanent suspension. Disciplinary action shall be determined by the Transit Director; Disciplinary Actions & Suspension Policy.
