Understanding how to build your family’s strengths in five essential areas can help you feel more confident, less stressed, and better connected to your children. This resource for parents can be done one-on-one or in a group setting.

Parent Cafes: Parent led discussion facilitated by a certified parenting educator with pre-determined topics to creates a safe place where parents of all types can gather and share their stories, their experiences, their worries, their fears, their wisdom, and find community and strength together. We want parents to know they are not alone in their struggles and that all parents experience parenting stress and together we can support one another!
