NCOA Vaccine Uptake Initiative
Indianhead Community Action Agency’s (ICAA) vaccination uptake initiative along with the National Council on Aging (NCOA) will target residents who are underserved and marginalized. Including those residing in rural areas, persons adversely affected by poverty and inequality; older adults, and persons with disabilities.

Were you vaccinated for COVID-19 and/or Influenza between April 1, 2023 – March 31, 2024?
ICAA is authorized by NCOA to provide a $25.00 gift card or chamber bucks per vaccination of COVID-19 and/or Influenza. Gift cards and Chamber buck are available while supplies last. The individual will receive their gift card/s by an authorized ICAA employee or mailed to the recipient.
Vaccine Locations
Vaccines must be given in one of the following counties: Burnett, Clark, Rusk, Sawyer, Taylor, or Washburn Counties. Residents residing in Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior and St. Croix Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin.
