The DBA program is here to provide technical assistance, training, and small grants to unserved new or existing businesses.

ICAA knows that being a childcare provider can be one of the most rewarding and challenging jobs, and we want to be there to support you along the way!

Have you gotten behind on your bills? Are you at risk of housing insecurity, food insecurity, eviction, etc.

ICAA’s Connections Store is a thrift store offering great deals on gently used items. The store also houses a food pantry and may provide emergency clothing and furniture on a case-by-case basis. STORE IS CLOSED

The food shelves help supplement the diets of low-income households, including elderly people, by providing emergency food and nutrition assistance at no cost.

Head Start programs prepare America’s most vulnerable young children to succeed in school and in life beyond school.

Promotes positive parenting and child health and development, thereby preventing child abuse, neglect, and other poor childhood outcomes.

ICAA’s Legal Assistance Team offers two programs: Legal Assistance for Victims (LAV) program and The Civil Legal Assistance (CLA) program.

ICAA’s Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) provides temporary financial assistance and case management to help veteran’s and their families find or keep safe, stable housing or emergency housing.

The Quest Childcare Program Development team can offer one-on-one, individualized assistance to existing and new childcare providers.
